Good morning, Admin

Here’s what’s happening with your crew.

Prototype notice: This is a working front-end demo. Data is saved in this browser only. Payroll calculations are estimates until your actual union agreements, payroll rules, and payroll-provider integration are configured.

Employee Dispatch

One workflow for crew availability, shift offers, backup hiring and approvals.

Prototype: offers and responses are stored in this browser only. No real SMS/email is sent; employee acceptance still requires administrator approval.

1. Choose the shift

2. Review availability and send primary offers

You may offer a shift regardless of whether an employee submitted availability.

5. Build and manage the call sheet

The working call sheet updates as offers are sent, accepted, approved, or declined. Open positions stay visible until filled. Print only when ready.

Call sheets

Build, review, and print a crew call sheet.

Use “Print / Save PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog. The final system can email or text updated call sheets to assigned crew.

Time & payroll

Enter hours, calculate estimated gross pay, and approve timecards.

Important: This demo calculates straight time (1×), time-and-a-half (1.5×), and double time (2×) using each entry’s base hourly rate. Real union payroll needs configured overtime, minimum calls, meal penalties, premiums, deductions, taxes, benefits, pension/welfare contributions, jurisdictional rules, and payroll-provider validation.
Union payroll rules

Manage and verify payroll profiles in Rate Table. Timecards use a matching saved rule by union local and contract.

Estimate rates are editable. Verify union contract rates, overtime, benefits and premiums before sending. Email opens your own email app; this demo does not send messages automatically.

Rename a local to update its employees and jobs. Removing a local requires choosing a replacement if it is in use.
Company-wide options still apply. The Rate Table Builder uses the shared Supabase workspace when signed in as an administrator. Payroll calculations require independent contract validation.
